About the Role As a SAP Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high system availability and reliable operations across all ADM systems. You will analyze and resolve user tickets, collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers, and ensure timely resolution within defined Operational and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also partner with architects, developers, and testers to design and deliver small enhancements aligned with the global template, following approval from the Solution Delivery Organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide deep functional and technical expertise in the respective process area, with solid understanding of key integration points across modules and technical components. Take full ownership of support tickets within your process area; collaborate with integration, development, and external support teams to ensure timely resolution within SLA limits. Maintain integrity of the global and regional templates designed by Solution Delivery teams while resolving incidents. Conduct thorough testing — including regression testing — before final user validation and release. Adhere to ADM IT processes and Service Management standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation. Design and configure minor system enhancements, following ADM's configuration and naming standards, and document functional design specifications. Support audit and compliance requests by providing accurate and timely technical inputs. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, security, and ADM policy requirements. Partner with global process and system experts to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in business processes.
