Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring that their computing devices and systems are running smoothly. About the Role: The IT Support Specialist will work closely with our internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice on hardware and software configurations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical support or related field; Detailed knowledge of Windows operating system, Active Directory DNS DHCP networking protocols (TCP/IP/WiFi/VPN/Vlan/routing); Familiarity with Horizontal & Vertical Application Distribution SCCM Liquid CDP Atom Remote Access Virtual Desktop MDM PXE boot Microsoft Collaboration Suites Hardware Networking Voice AV Components Security Service Desk / ITSM Systems Clarity Objectivity Oral Written Communication English Business Skills Customer Service Proactivity Problem-Solving Organization Discipline Time Management Resilience Leadership Decision-Making Attention To Detail Results Oriented Relevant certifications - Cloud architecture Containers Azure AWS AWS GCP VCA DBA CCNA Cisco SAN Wi-Fi Site Survey SQL interview Frontline Analytics Report Building Hyper space May models ;).
