Job Opportunity: Solutions Architect We are seeking an experienced and innovative Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. Identify and qualify new opportunities through collaboration with leads, account leadership, and expert teams to create technical solutions and value propositions. Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to bid submission and post-submission clarifications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Understand client problems, document their needs, and provide effective IT solutions to address them. Drive proactive proposals by working closely with clients and account teams to identify key differentiators and value offerings. Develop and execute contract preparation strategies in alignment with sales, delivery stakeholders, and finance experts. Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements to define a winning bid strategy that meets client needs. Communicate the value proposition of our service line to client stakeholders, highlighting business impact and benefits. Coordinate internal and external contributors to ensure seamless proposal delivery, leveraging expertise from pre-sales teams, expert pool, legal, delivery, finance, and partners. Develop comprehensive bid plans, schedules, and compliance matrices to manage tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities effectively. Facilitate the development of compelling value propositions and ensure clear articulation of benefits, differentiators, and business impact in the proposal. Lead internal governance and approvals, including pricing reviews, risk assessments, and executive summaries, to ensure strategic alignment. Conduct thorough post-bid reviews (win/loss analysis) to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in the bid process.
