Support Operations Coordinator About this role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you will act as an extension of the operational capacity, keeping things organized, moving, and aligned. You will handle coordination, communication, and light creative work while helping maintain structure across multiple projects and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedules, reminders, and day-to-day priorities Support internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team Assist with project management: tracking tasks, organizing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are hit Conduct research and prepare summaries, briefs, and follow-up documentation Provide light design support using Canva (presentations, templates, visuals) Maintain organized systems, files, and SOPs to keep operations smooth and efficient We're Looking For: Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple moving parts and follow through consistently Proactive mindset, someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise Comfort with light design work (Canva or similar tools) Professional, composed, and able to represent the leadership team with discretion Bright, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment The opportunity to work on diverse projects and initiatives Ongoing training and development opportunities How to Apply: To apply for this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
