Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Manager to join our team. As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with various departments such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure the complete lifecycle of assets. This includes construction of inventories, correction of relationships within the CMDB, and development of dashboards dedicated to HAM. In addition, you will integrate inventory tools with ServiceNow and develop workflows, business rules, and reports in the HAM module. Your expertise will also be utilized to support internal and external audits with reliable asset information. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain hardware asset management processes Ensure the integrity and accuracy of asset data Construction of inventories and dashboards Integrate inventory tools with ServiceNow Develop workflows, business rules, and reports Support internal and external audits Work together with areas such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure Requirements: Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in the ITAM/HAM module Solid knowledge in CMDB and ITIL processes Experience with integration of inventory tools and process automation Ability to analyze data and generate management reports Good communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
