Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to customers in understanding their security environment, providing solution guidance, and ensuring value realization in their investment with us. Main Responsibilities: Techincal Account Planning : Develop and implement strategic technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions. Security Architecture Guidance : Provide high-level designs across the entire portfolio of solutions creating business value for customers. Customer Adoption : Drive customer adoption of our platform by building customer relationships and helping them achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate. Discovery and Analysis : Conduct discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers. Collaboration and Leadership : Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions. Requirements: Cybersecurity Expertise : 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering with skills in at least one of the following areas: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE. Influencing Stakeholders : Ability to influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal. Solution Selling : Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
