The candidate will be responsible for: Sales Support & Opportunity Management: assisting sales representatives, preparing quotes and client communications; Project Coordination & Scheduling: developing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and clients; Communication & Client Coordination: providing clear updates, translating technical details, and maintaining positive relationships; Documentation & Organisation: organising project files, documentation, and communication history; Financial & Administrative Support: assisting with budgeting, cost estimates, and tracking expenses; Risk Management & Problem Solving: identifying inconsistencies, flagging risks, and recommending solutions; Leadership & Ownership: taking initiative, making decisions independently, and maintaining a high-standard workflow. Key qualifications include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong organisation and time management skills; Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently; Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management; Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
