Epson do Brasil – Barueri/SP (regime híbrido, mínimo 3 dias presenciais) Objetivo da Posição: Atuar como líder de Controladoria no Brasil, assegurando a precisão e conformidade das informações financeiras, o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e a eficiência dos processos contábeis e financeiros. Além da gestão local, a posição terá papel estratégico na harmonização de procedimentos em nível América Latina, contribuindo indiretamente para a padronização e fortalecimento da governança regional. Principais Responsabilidades: Garantir a elaboração correta e tempestiva das demonstrações financeiras de acordo com normas locais e IFRS. Liderar a gestão dos departamentos de Contabilidade, Fiscal, Contas a Pagar e Folha de Pagamento, assegurando compliance e eficiência operacional. Apoiar de forma indireta a agenda de controles internos e conformidade, garantindo aderência às políticas corporativas. Impulsionar iniciativas de transformação, automação e melhoria contínua nos processos financeiros e contábeis. Colaborar com a Diretoria de Controladoria América Latina, influenciando e apoiando a harmonização de práticas e procedimentos regionais. Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com áreas de negócio, regionais e globais, atuando como parceiro estratégico da gestão. Liderar e engajar a equipe sob sua responsabilidade, promovendo desenvolvimento, colaboração e alto desempenho. Apoiar a gestão financeira em análises estratégicas, técnicas e projetos especiais. Requisitos: Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis; desejável MBA/Mestrado em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em empresas multinacionais e em ambientes de alta complexidade. Conhecimento aprofundado em IFRS e normas contábeis locais. Forte experiência em análise contábil, fiscal e financeira. Histórico de atuação em projetos de melhoria de processos e transformação financeira. Inglês fluente e espanhol em nível intermediário. Perfil de liderança flexível: capaz de atuar hands-on quando necessário, mas com foco estratégico e visão de longo prazo. Habilidade em liderar mudanças, engajar equipes e influenciar stakeholders em diferentes níveis.
