Controller Position

We are seeking an experienced financial operations expert to oversee the management of our financial activities and ensure adherence to accounting regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and reliable financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with global and local accounting standards and financial controls.
  • Provide technical analysis and advice to key stakeholders, referring to regional and group finance as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
