Technical Support Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Technical Support & After Sales Service management for Latin region.
Play as the key role work with HQ team to prepare new product launch, product training to sales team and customers.
Work with sales team to understand the customer technical requirement, and offer technical solution to customers.
Collect market information and competitors information in the market
Continuously track the market performance of the products after official launch, and propose product improvement recommendations based on market performance to ensure that the products have good response in the market.
Establish and implement an effective after-sales service system, including RMA process, data tracking, cost control, warranty terms, etc.
Key Result Areas and Characteristics:
At least 5 years of experience in solar system technical support and after sales service; Inverter manufacturing company experience is preferred, utility scale projects design, execution experience is preferred.
Good at product promotion, customer training. Offer system solution to customers with good PV syst or relevant simulation software skill, and system BOS cost, LCOE analysis ability.
Good English reading, understanding and written ability;
Have independent project operation ability, have strong overall planning, organizational implementation ability, clear mind, strong logic, good communication and coordination ability, and execution ability;
Can adapt to high-intensity work, work proactively, with strong sense of responsibility, and have a good sense of teamwork;
Proficiency in office software;
Can adapt to a certain degree of business trips.
