Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing frontline support via live chat, phone, and email, answering queries and resolving client issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions. You will also be required to address customer feedback and complaints professionally, record and update customer data when necessary, and support administrative needs within the department. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and work with a global company that offers relocation support and visa sponsorship.
