One of our leading clients in the Mexican and Brazilian markets asked us to find a Country General Manager.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Country General Manager with proven experience in the sale and distribution of devices from leading brands such as Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Lg, TLC, Wave and others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local and international markets, exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies in the mobile technology sector.
Strategic Management:
Define and execute business strategies to maximize sales and market share.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Set financial goals and monitor their achievement.
Sales and Distribution Management:
Oversee sales and distribution of Android and iOS devices.
Manage relationships with strategic partners, distributors and retail channels.
Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers and business partners.
Oversee the supply chain and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Ensure operations meet the quality standards of the brands represented.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree.
At least 10 years of experience in the appliance, consumer electronics, and robotic vacuum cleaner industries.
Experience managing relationships with international brands and local distributors.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Advanced command of English ADVANCED
