Account Executive Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the commercial real estate industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing deep relationships with clients, leveraging our platform's advertising features to enhance their market visibility, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop expertise in our products and data to build credibility with clients. Gain knowledge of the platform's advertising offerings and design customized solutions for clients. Strategize advertising campaigns to target the right audience and enhance commercial real estate market visibility. Act as a trusted advisor to understand clients' needs and leverage the platform's tools to achieve their business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and qualify prospects effectively. Engage with prospects through persistent outreach and effective communication. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize client campaigns. Educate clients on the platform's value proposition and foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with product development to refine and enhance the platform's benefits. Drive client acquisition and retention by showcasing the unique advantages of the platform. Stay current with industry trends to ensure the platform remains competitive. Take initiative to experiment, refine processes, and share ideas to help us scale in the Brazil Market and beyond. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in marketing sales, preferably within commercial real estate, technology, or a related industry. Strong business sense with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and identify opportunities for tailored solutions. Natural curiosity and willingness to dive into data, technology, and market trends to build expertise and credibility. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to the growth of a fast-evolving organization and make a measurable impact. Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication in both English and Portuguese. Persistence and resilience in handling objections, with the ability to bounce back and stay motivated. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, stay on top of leads, and deliver results. Confidence and presence to engage with executives while remaining personable and approachable. Couchable and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to apply feedback effectively.
