Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an User Researcher Intern . Support the user research team in identifying key user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns. Coordinate and assist interviews, including scheduling, communication, and drafting comprehensive research summaries. Contribute to designing and executing user surveys, organizing collected data, and generating insightful reports. Conduct thorough market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations. Analyze data to uncover trends and transform findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies. Requirements: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising. Excellent proficiency in English required. Strong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus. A strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience is essential. Good learning ability and logical thinking are required. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
