Unlock Your Sales Potential We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role in our inside sales activities and lead generation efforts. Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients; Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients; Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services; Nurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building activities; Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets; Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities. About this Role This full-time remote position requires effective communication with clients and close collaboration with the sales and business development teams. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients; Build relationships with prospective clients; Communicate the value proposition of our products/services effectively; Nurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building activities; Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation structure is designed to reward both consistent effort and exceptional performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive: Base Salary: $300 per month; Commission: 15% of Revenue Generated; Performance Fee: $10-25 per qualified sales call generated.
