Portuguese Teacher Grade 3

Main responsibilities: Plan and deliver an age-appropriate and developmentally-appropriate curriculum. Employ standards-based grading and competency-based education to drive instruction and assessment. Promote social-emotional learning and well-being for all students. Educate world citizens with excellent academic and moral capacities. Use content knowledge and instructional and assessment skills to create, deliver, and maintain the best possible educational program for assigned group(s) of students. Support the vision, mission, and values of School of the Nations.
Requirements: Bilingual (Portuguese and English). Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy. Proven experience in Elementary Education with children aged from 7 to 9 years old. Strong ability to collaborate on a grade-level team to plan, develop, and organize activities and events. Deep understanding of the developmental needs of young students. Strong identification with the vision, mission, and values of the school.
