Elementary Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our Elementary team, you will provide one-on-one support to a student, collecting data and implementing behavior interventions to promote academic and social success. You will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing environment, helping the student meet their individual education plan goals and objectives. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Elementary team to develop and implement strategies to support the student's emotional and behavioral needs.

Requirements
  • Completed or in progress degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Bilingual (Fluent Portuguese and English) with strong communication skills
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students
  • Punctual, responsible, and flexible
  • A team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Alignment with the school's vision, mission, and values
Work Schedule

Our ideal candidate will work 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional Saturday work may be required to support institutional events.
