Key Responsibilities: Lead the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Manage full-cycle accounting operations: general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close. Analyze and prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules. Update loan schedules, insurance allocations, and related entries across operating entities. Categorize transactions in Ramp, Brex, and other systems. Provide financial insights and recommendations for management decision-making. Continuously improve accounting processes and leverage NetSuite functionality for efficiency gains. Perform additional tasks expected of a Senior Accountant. Requirements: CPA or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in NetSuite. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and transition projects from QBO to NetSuite.
