Role Overview The Account Executive will serve as a key operational support partner within our account team, helping to execute client deliverables, maintain project organization, facilitate communication, and uphold our agency's standard of excellence. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of agency experience, strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese, and an eagerness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities Support Account Managers and Directors in daily client operations and communications Coordinate and track timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across teams Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and follow-up action items Manage and update internal project management systems (Accelo, Trello) Compile performance reports and presentation decks for client meetings Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks Assist in quality control and proofing of campaign materials before delivery Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with project management tools and collaborative platforms (e.G., Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, or similar) Experience working across time zones or within international teams is a plus Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines (PPC, social, content, CRM, etc.) is advantageous
