Regional Growth Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Growth Manager. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who can learn quickly and engage clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions. Maintain high call volume daily (80-100 calls) Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to our solutions. Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month Develop and deliver high-level product presentations to new clients. Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Previous experience in cold calling is preferred but not necessary as we train our employees to be successful in their roles. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted calls and outreach efforts. Sales: Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to new clients and existing partners. Account Management: Collaborate with experienced account managers to develop and grow existing relationships.
