**Full Time Growth Manager (B2C) Job Description**:
For one of our clients:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our B2C business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify and optimize opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
