Strategic SEO Leadership Opportunity We are seeking an experienced SEO Strategist Manager to lead our team of skilled professionals in delivering exceptional search engine optimization services to our clients. Job Description About the Role: Lead and manage a team of 6-10 SEO strategists across multiple time zones Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on strategic problem-solving and diagnostic skills development Review complex strategies before client delivery, ensuring sound logic and quality Identify knowledge gaps and create learning programs to deepen team expertise in technical SEO, competitive intelligence, and vertical-specific strategies Build a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement among team members Hire and onboard senior SEO talent with independent thinking and problem-solving abilities Manage performance issues directly, providing coaching or making tough calls when expertise is lacking Ensure technical SEO implementation by the team, including schema markup, meta tags, heading hierarchy, and other on-page elements Key Responsibilities Strategic Quality and Client Impact: Own the quality of strategy output for Strategic/Elite accounts, ensuring sound recommendations and ROI-positive results Serve as escalation point for hardest SEO problems, algorithm volatility, and competitive impasses Review strategies for at-risk accounts and develop]]>
