We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our operations team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our software solutions. Our company provides a cloud-based platform to customers across various industries, delivering innovative field service management and data gathering solutions. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support for industry-leading software products Triage reported customer incidents and work technical issues Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems Manage incident queues and drive escalations to resolution Build cross-application knowledge among core application modules Required Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 3-5 years of Level 3 software support experience Basic to intermediate SQL skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to triage and manage support queues Benefits: 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO) and 3 sick days Designated national holidays About Us: We are a privately held company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.
