The Consultant for Customer Success and Business Growth will focus on delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities. This involves consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Success and Engagement: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions for our users. Provide ongoing guidance to help customers maximize the value of our solutions. Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations. Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations. Strategic Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to raise awareness of our solutions. Support marketing initiatives such as workshops, seminars, and industry events. Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems. Provide regular updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
