Customer Success Specialist Role Overview Prometheus Group is a global enterprise asset management software solutions provider. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, software implementation, and rollout, as well as ERP system knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing. A strong understanding of plant maintenance workflow and the software industry is essential.
