Casting Coordinator Our team is seeking a highly skilled Casting Coordinator to collaborate on exciting projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms. High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and cancellations. Experience with casting databases and familiarity with productivity tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to talent sourcing and casting across innovative content projects. Identify and source emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of trends. Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for review. Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the booking process. Maintain accurate records and updated talent profiles in a robust database. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery by tracking deadlines and specifications.
