We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in Brazil. Key Responsibilities: To provide timely and meaningful reporting to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. To develop and implement strategies that drive account profitability, leveraging market insights and industry trends. To build strong relationships with clients, effectively managing interactions and escalating issues as necessary. To conduct regular reviews with team members and other departments, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented outcomes. To monitor daily productivity against defined service level standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. To perform audit checks on client-defined compliance requirements, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accountability. To coach and mentor team leaders and account managers in day-to-day operations, promoting professional growth and development. To design and implement continuous learning processes for the team, staying ahead of industry curve and driving innovation. To oversee and support team members in delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations, representing the organization during client visits and reviews. Required/Preferred Skills & Competencies: A deep understanding of BPS operations and service delivery models, with a proven track record of success. Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
