We're seeking a highly skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role involves working with leads, booking appointments, and conducting phone calls. Responsibilities include: Responding to text message inquiries from warm leads Booking appointments for clients Making phone calls to confirm bookings Conducting qualifying interviews with potential candidates This is a 40 hour per week role with occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, a neutral accent, and familiarity with American culture.
