Job Description To ensure successful project management, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned projects in your region. This includes guiding project teams, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Developing and implementing effective project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans to keep stakeholders informed. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential issues, and escalating concerns to senior management as needed. Providing input on contract reviews, effort estimation methodologies, and development engineering processes to optimize project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality project results within budget and timeline constraints. Lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability among team members. Maintain open communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery and management skills. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software industry with 5-8 years of project management experience. Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking). Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of cloud technology stacks (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.). Desirable: CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge; Insurance industry knowledge.
