Job Overview As a seasoned full-qualified lawyer , you will play a vital role in supporting the business by providing expert legal guidance and assistance in various areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support to departments, including Operations, Sales, HR, and Procurement. Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and customers, as well as airport lease agreements. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documents, policies, and communications. Support in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting deadlines. Advise internal clients on civil, corporate, and regulatory law matters. Stay informed about legislative and regulatory updates to ensure compliance. Advise on general topics in support of company interests. Cooperate with external law firms and internal departments. Ensure timely compliance with internal and external deadlines. Contribute to company initiatives. Requirements: Full qualified lawyer with good standing license from Brazilian bar association. At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer. Proven experience in contractual law. Knowledge of tax and corporate law is highly desirable. Ability to work independently. High intercultural awareness. Advanced knowledge of Spanish. Advanced knowledge of English is an asset. Proficient in MS-Office package, including Excel. Why Join Us?
