We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journey Responsibilities Perform closing of indirect taxes (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes). Review tax calculation worksheets (ICMS, IPI, ICMS-ST, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes) to ensure proper assessment. Issue tax payment forms (ICMS, IPI, ICMS-ST, PIS, and COFINS). Support new business operations to ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (GIA, SPED, GIA-ST, EFD-Contributions, and REINF). Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation. Monitor receiving manifests and outbound invoicing. Provide support to invoicing team, ensuring compliance with tax legislation. Follow up pricing tables, MVA changes, tax rate changes, and create/update tax parameters in the system. Maintain fiscal data and tax-related master records in the system. Analyze and control special tax regimes applied to customers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Advanced English. Experience with integrated ERP systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desirable experience with tax parameter settings in ERP systems. Solid understanding of tax legislation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes. Experience in tax compliance and regulatory review. Experience with tax system implementation.
