Reporting and Consolidation IT Manager (Onestream) | UK or Brazil | Hybryd role
Job Purpose
The Reporting and Consolidation IT Manager (Onestream) is an IT role, accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and consolidation applications from Finance domain. Main responsibilities are under the development and operations areas - not deployment, but working hand-by-hand with the deployment teams on the in-take of new products in the operational teams. This role is part of the MARS IT operations organization.
This leader has 5-6 direct reports, as well as extended team members from third-party consultancies. The role of the IT Product Manager ensures end-to-end delivery across services, development and security.
What are we looking for?
Proven track record of delivering results in the following areas: Line Management, IT development and operations - CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps.
Knowledge on Oracle EPM, Hyperion HFM, OneStream, PowerBI front-end solutions, Data Lake data pipelines. Anaplan is a plus.
Fluent English. Clear and concise communication skills.
High Senior Stakeholder relationships.
Integrations and X-functional Leadership.
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role will lead a highly engaged and performing team of Service Leads and Architects, as well as DevOps teams from external partners. This manager will own the end-to-end IT Lifecycle (operations, development, automation, release management, regression testing, vendor management and front-end business monitoring tools) of products under the Reporting and Consolidation areas from the Corporate Finance function.
This leader will be responsible to apply operational excellence standards in the current products in the portfolio and will be working hand-by-hand with deployment teams and Corporate Finance areas ensuring that In-take of new products in the operations is made timely, and within the standards of our service introduction framework processes.
This role will help the execution of change management plans that will implement a future operating model between DevOps, deployment and Corporate Finance function, re-designing internal processes where needed and giving inputs to the product lifecycle’s ways of working.
Some of the technologies that will be part of this scope are: Oracle EPM, Hyperion (HFM), OneStream, in-house reporting systems, data pipeline workflows feeding Data Lake, Power BI front-end solutions. Anaplan will be a plus.
Partners with market lead IT 3rd party suppliers to provide end-to-end service and development capabilities, ensuring agreed delivery metrics, such as KPIs, SLAs and OKRs are in line with the contracting model.
This leader will require experience in IT contracting and commercial negotiations, and will be closely working with procurement counterparts, ensuring that mutual, efficient, and scalable contracts are signed-off between MARS and IT 3rd parties; it will be required over time also the leadership of BIDs/RFPs for new products in scope.
