Estamos contratando um profissional para atuar como Executive & Office Management Assistant em uma empresa multinacional  do segmento farmacêutico.
Principais atividades:
Controle e administração da agenda do Country Manager
Avaliação, seleção e realização da triagem de documentos para aprovação e assinaturas físicas e/ou digitais
Suporte na organização de reuniões, visitas e eventos;
Planejamento e organização de viagens nacionais e internacionais;
Elaboração de relatório de viagens, fechamento de gastos e reembolsos;
Participação em reuniões da Ãrea, quando solicitado;
Elaboração e encaminhamento de solicitação de compras no sistema da companhia, quando necessÃrio;
Preparação do encaminhamento de solicitação de pagamento de notas fiscais, recibos e boletos da Ãrea no sistema da companhia, quando necessÃrio.
Acompanhamento de algumas atividades relacionadas a mudança de escritório

Requisitos técnicos :
Inglês avançado/fluente
Superior Completo

TemporÃrio - 9 meses.
Vaga híbrida - 2x presencial (Zona Sul de SP)
