Descrição

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts of internal email box, serving as the point of contact for technology demands.Understanding Client Needs: Deeply understand clients' needs and translate this information into viable technological solutions.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, as technical support, sales, implementation teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients.Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring solutions are delivered on time.Client Training and Education: Performs account AOW sessionsData Analysis: Analyze data related to customer performance, provide adhoc analysis, and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports and technical documentation to support technology account managers and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Notifies customer accounts of product enhancement releases that changes services or enhances functionalities

Perfil desejável

Experiences

Experience with account management, technical sales, technical implementation across product/service offeringsExpertise in credit and debit card operations with emphasis on authorizations, clearing, settlement and fraud.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Prior knowledge of Power BI and APIs
