Technology Manager

This role will be responsible for planning, completing, and leading all aspects of Privileged Access Management projects which safeguard critical IT systems and sensitive data by enforcing the least privileged access controls to ensure only the right users have access to the right resources at the right time. You will work closely with multi-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business partners. You will be encouraged to lead and be accountable for delivering on the project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- This role coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for PAM initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with partners and assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations to employees and vendors.
- Build and maintain a project roadmap to supervise progress and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to PAM projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to conduct audits and assessments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with business units to understand their PAM needs and requirements.
