Objetivo da Função:


O Gerente de Vendas Brasil e responsável pela gestão dos canais e tambem pela gestão do time de vendas pelo canal direto para alcançar os objetivos de crescimento e rentabilidade da Thermo Fisher Brasil.

Alem disso,e responsável por apoiar a implementação das estrategias e planos táticos alinhados com as metas globais, divisionais, de país e território.

Esta posição trabalha em estreita colaboração com o Gerente Sênior, Especialistas de produtos, outros gerentes distritais ou divisionais da região, times das BU's e de Operações para assegurar a satisfação do cliente e crescimento da receita.

O Gerente e responsável pelo monitoramento, análise e relatórios de desempenho do país, regularmente.

Responsabilidades
Gerenciar os distribuidores das divisões da LSLPG e GSG alem de gerenciar os representantes de vendas territoriais.


Apoiar o desenvolvimento do plano de vendas, incluindo assistência, desenvolvimento e implementação de táticas para atingir as metas de crescimento.


Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe TSS e do Gerentes para garantir uma comunicação e dos planos de marketing e de novos produtos.

Identificar, implementar, desenvolver, manter e apoiar os canais de distribuição

Trabalhar com o Marketing Regional para apoiar a execução de táticas promocionais usando os canais. Medir e fornecer metricas para avaliar o desempenho de cada programa promocional.


Assegurar, com Operations, Customer Services e supply, que os processos e resultados estejam alinhados para atender às necessidades dos clientes e metas de receita.

Trabalhar com o time de especialistas, Market developer e canais para participar de atividades de marketing.

Envolver-se com o PPI como um meio de melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia da organização de vendas.

Competências Tecnicas:

Conhecimento de técnicas e aplicações de biologia molecular e celular

Atingimento das metas de vendas;
Habilidades de negociação,

Compreensão das necessidades do cliente,

Motivação para vendas,

Planejamento de vendas, construção de relacionamentos, conhecimento do mercado, familiaridade com diferentes técnicas de vendas e gerenciamento do pipeline
