Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales and media account management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with retail customers or industry.
  • Ability to navigate Google tools to turn data into insight and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate with different audiences or stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate within crossfunctional teams, aligning workflow and best practices among team members with accountability to meet or exceed goals delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Google Ads of accounts specialized in Ecommerce business models by understanding the retail market, seasonalities and growth drivers with digital marketing strategy.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance enhancing suggestions. Share and collaborate with Product team members on new feature development.
  • Identify key client stakeholders, build rapport and effectively handle objections from them.
  • Collaborate within the sales team, aligning workflow and best practices among team members with accountability to meet or exceed business goals delivering customer experience.
