Responsabilidades e atribuições

Como Delivery Manager você vai acompanhar diversas equipes, em diversos clientes, ajudando-nos a garantir que o trabalho realizado seja executado de acordo com o negociado.


O conhecimento técnico é imprescindível, para ajudar as Squads a resolverem questões de estratégia, tecnologia, planejamento, riscos etc., mas também deve ter visão do negócio, liderança e demais soft skills para contribuir com a motivação e cooperação do time, tomada de decisão, maior performance, entre outros.

Além da visão de projetos/delivery, acompanhando entrega de resultados, dando visibilidade e atuando, quando necessário, para garantir a prestação dos serviços contratados.


Requisitos e qualificações Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Orientar a equipe na resolução de problemas.

  • Gerir indicadores de desempenho, qualidade e satisfação dos serviços realizado.
  • Acompanhar e gerir as principais lideranças técnicas.
  • Auxiliar o time comercial na elaboração de propostas comercias, participando de reuniões juntos aos clientes.
  • Dimensionamento e composição dos times.
  • Estimativa de tempo e esforço.
  • Utilizar métricas para antecipar possíveis problemas.
  • Garantir entregas de alta qualidade.
  • Inspirar o time e promover alto engajamento.
