Day by day

  • Program structure established, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologies
  • Milestones based program plan established, delivered through incremental releases / achievements. Value delivery plan created in parallel
  • Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting
  • Program budgeted
  • Projects initiated, program monitored and controlled, risks assessed
  • Lead reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and/or changes, and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address

years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major IS/IT projects and programs

  • Stakeholder management in project/program management role
  • Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
