Job Title: Master Data Management Lead

BRP is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Lead to play a key role in leading and coordinating data management activities in our SAP S4 International project initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MDM team and coordinate data stream activities, including SAP S/4 Master Data Design, Configuration, and Management.
  • Work with Data Stewards to ensure data standards, business rules, and workflows are aligned with the MDM Standard Template.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidelines on master data configuration, data maintenance processes, and end-to-end processes.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards to ensure documentation, development, testing, and delivery follow the MDM ERP program delivery methodology.
  • Audit the proper tools of the data management program, including standards, policies, management, and governance processes.
  • Support Access Role Management review and participate in data governance and management tasks within the project activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, including 3+ years working on large-scale Data Conversion projects.
  • Master Data Management experience in the context of SAP programs implementation is required.
  • Experience working within a complex organizational environment is required.
  • Knowledge of key concepts around master data management, data standards, and organizations is required.
