We are an online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years, having a team of 50+ people worldwide.

We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketingWe thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.

Our company has grown 3 times in the last year, yes, we are 9X bigger than we were 2 years ago.

We are different from most E-commerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused on marketplaces. We sell mostly on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and are looking to expand globally.
However, our main strength is our people, without them nothing is possible.

We're hiring today an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help us to maintain and maximize the targeted sales and profit goalsKindly send us your CV in englishWhat will you do?Repricing :
Daily execution of repricing strategies to maintain/maximize the targeted sales and profit goalsUtilize repricing tools and analytics by adjusting prices in real-time based on market conditions, competitor pricing,stock levels and sales performance

Advertising Campaign Management:
Execute current and develop new advertising strategiesWork out new solutions and strategies for optimizing advertising campaigns structure and ACOS through continuous monitoring and adjustment of campaigns executed by the AIWorking out solutions for the synchronization and automation of advertising strategies with the overall sales and inventory planning systemDevelop and implement agile advertising process strategies that allow for quick adjustments based on real-time performance metrics, market and inventory/stock situationTest new AI tools to reach higher PPC efficiency

Data Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms changes, and implement best practicesRegularly evaluate and update keyword lists based on thorough research of keywords for high-performing campaign

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for repricing and advertising improvementsGenerate reports to track key performance indicators and assess campaign effectiveness

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align repricing and advertisingstrategies with overall business goals

RequirementsDon't hesitate to apply if you:Have higher education in Demand Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or similarPrior experience in repricing and advertising, preferably in an e-commerce settingKnowledge of repricing process and toolsExperience on working with Amazon and/or Walmart PPCStrong technical mindset and skillsMath-lover with programming skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsUnderstanding and passion for data, ability to extract meaningful insights from itExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesEnglish fluency (B2)
