Our Exciting Opportunity_**- We are now looking for a Sales Manager/Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers' business, operations and objectives.

Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.

Reporting to the KAM responsible for _Regional and Enterprise Accounts_, this role will develop both internal and external relationships to actively contribute to make customers and Ericsson successful.

This position will be focused on Enterprise business development and sales in Latin America South._

_ You will__:
_**- _ Be responsible for Ericsson's Enterprise and Private Networks offering and Sales towards Latin America South._
- _ Build customer relationships and loyalty to create, drive and close sales opportunities that generate profitability long-term._
- _ Execute proactive business development and prime industry engagements based on a fundamental know-how of the Enterprise market._

To be successful in the role you must have:_**- _ University degree in ICT/Engineering or Business Administration (MBA is a plus)_
- _ Extensive experience in relationship and consultative sales of ICT solutions including HW, SW and Services._
- _ Experience selling communication networks is a strong plus._
- _ Extensive experience in channel management and Enterprise/B2B indirect sales._
- _ Consistent track record of successful solution selling in Industrial sectors such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Transportation, etc._
- _ Experience in creating new routes to market through partnerships andjoint-ventures while delivering profitable growth_
- _ Fluent English and Portuguese. Fluent Spanish is a plus._
