Essential Functions

  • Posting, processing payments, managing disbursements, and organizing imaging of vendor invoices and travel and entertainment expense reports;
  • Maintaining the vendor database for various transactions and financial analysis purposes;
  • Administering Payments, Accruals, and Account Reconciliation Processes;
  • Handling vendor and associate inquiries;
  • Serving as the Accounts Payable systems liaison for query creation and reporting;
  • Verifying, organizing, and filing A/P transaction reports;
  • Collaborating with the accounting team on external and internal audit requests;
  • Working independently within a team, managing priorities, and assisting with new initiatives and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree Required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Banking Disbursements Systems;
  • Experience with ERP System Accounts Payable Financial Systems;
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and personal motivation;
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing environments;
  • Flexibility in working with diverse cultures.
