What You Will Do


The Pl Supplier Quality Analyst is responsible for supporting Supplier's demands from Latam plants and also has responsibilities related to Quality Systems.

In this role, the employee will be acting as the key quality contact to Latam metrics and Supplier's selection, qualification and monitoring process.

The representative will be responsible to ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Kenvue requirements. In addition, the representative will establish and maintain supplier quality activities.

  • Key Responsibilities
***- Execute activities related to supplier's selection, qualification and monitoring;

  • Facilitate, organize External Supplier Quality Governance meetings, and ensure appropriate follow ups to open items;
  • Ensure monitoring and on time report of External Supplier Quality KPIs
  • Facilitate meetings to track activities related to reliability program, MEN/SEN, troubleshooting;
  • Evaluate and execute activities related to suppliers' qualification and changes;
  • Contact and followup (externally and internally) to assure all supplier's selection, qualification and monitoring tasks are completed on time;
  • Create and review quality documents related to suppliers;
  • Organize the annual audit schedule and guarantee follow ups to open audit/report items;
  • Execute and facilitate area digital transformation;
  • Update and maintain internal Kenvue quality systems (Ex: Trackwise, ETQ NGX systems, etc.);
  • 10% estimated travel.

Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably in Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent;
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the Quality area (quality control, quality assurance, supplier quality, validation, audits or manufacturing) in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic or packaging industry;
  • Ability to be organized, work independently and capable of working in a remote team environment;
  • Communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, ability to influence without direct reporting, selfawareness and adaptability required, critical thinking;
  • Experience in the use of excel and data analysis;
  • Technical writing.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Training as auditor, with experience in performing audits;
  • Experience in digital platforms and tools (Power BI, Power App ).
