Responsabilidades:
- Fomentar a interação entre estudantes;
- Responder ativamente com uma comunicação adequada ao público externo;
- Acompanhar métricas de engajamento, alcance e crescimento nas plataformas de mídia social.
- Analisar dados para ajustar as estratégias de conteúdo.
- Monitorar fóruns e grupos no Discord relevantes para a percepção da instituição.
- Apoiar na organização dos eventos online, como webinars e sessões de perguntas e respostas;
- Moderar comunidades online para garantir um ambiente positivo;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com o marketing para suporte ao aluno e acadêmico para alinhar as
mensagens e estratégias;
- Apoiar nas demandas administrativas.
Requisitos:
- Conhecimento em Pacote office;
- Conhecimento do Setor de Educação;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise, como Google Analytics e Facebook Insights;
- Experiência com área de comunicação;
- Experiência com mídia social.
