Act as a true subject matter expert for Brazil Payroll. Support payroll related matters and relevant administrative, social security and fiscal aspects, also through coordination of labour consultants; Ensure on payroll related matters - compliance with laws, regulations and applicable provisions of individual and collective agreements. Perform the validation tests of the Payroll End to End cycle, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with external legislation and internal policies & procedures. Responsible for ensuring full data integrity and quality. Design, implement and execute new processes and subprocesses within Payroll. Interact with the different areas of business to identify needs and generate solutions. Perform Issues Management: Review root cause impacts and address corrective & preventive actions. Support local Internal Controls and Compliance related activities.Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR management, or equivalent; At least 10 years of experience in a similar HR role; Advanced Office Package special for Excel (domain in Vlookup and PivotTable formulas); Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the Sap System (Success Factors) is a plus; Knowledge of: Labor Legislation, Payroll System, PAT Legislation, Benefits Management;. English Advanced is mandatory (will be tested); Spanish is a plusAdditional Information
