Your opportunity:

  • Help shape Belvo's strategy to maximize the company's longterm impact and value
  • Develop insightful recommendations to tackle complex and ambiguous business issues with rigor and ownership
  • Drive key strategic initiatives, clearly framing a problem space and potential paths and tradeoffs, enabling Belvo to move quickly
  • Clearly define opportunities and risks of Belvo's current and future products, use cases and geographic footprint, helping us spot trends with impact on Belvo's overall strategy
  • Build defensible business cases for market / product prioritization and sequencing, helping the executive team make longterm investment decisions
  • Help create and implement gotomarket strategies to expand to new countries across LatAm
  • Identify strategic partnerships / new business opportunities and work across company to build consensus and mobilize towards execution
  • Work closely with Belvo's executive team to ensure the company is positioned to execute on its strategy in the near and longterm
  • Build thought leadership on the future state of the industry and potential impact to Belvo's overall strategy
  • Support internal strategic project such as OKRs planning and leadership offsites
  • Getting things done and hustle. You will be pragmatic, act fast and wear many different hats and do whatever it takes to get the job done

This position may be for you if:

  • You have 3-4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investing, or a comparable role in high growth tech companies
  • You excel at hypothesisbased problem solving and bringing structure to complex problems
  • You are eager to have a high level of ownership, directly steering Belvo's most strategic resolutions
  • You are highly analytical and leverage data to inform complex problems
  • You have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners to solve complex problems
  • You have an ability to drive endtoend crossfunctional projects, synthesize feedback, develop agreement and create structure
  • You understand markets, main players, and how to leverage core skills to create defensible strategies
  • You have a passion for technology and an understanding of software and fintech markets, trends, and dynamics
  • You are humble, low ego and enjoy working with a diverse group of people
  • You have international experience and thrive in a multicultural environment
