To strengthen our sales team in Brazil, Sao Paulo we are seeking a:

Sales Support LATAM (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure department functionality and coordination
  • Collaborate with the sales team on project organization
  • Collect and prepare reports based on CRM data to be shared between the LATAM team and headquarters
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant information
  • Liaise with Headquarters function to ensure quality of documentation
  • Assist and organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing actions and demands with agencies and press offices
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Review marketing literature to enhance the company's market presence
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of online/traditional campaign actions

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is mandatory
  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, CRM and online tools
  • Good understanding of administrative and marketing management principles
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and report development
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, Spanish is a plus
  • Located in Brazil
