Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Construir dashboards e análises para gerar e fornecer insights acionáveis para melhorar a eficácia das operações do time comercial.
  • Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores de performance das operações de vendas, como GBV, volumes, ticket médio, entre outros.
  • Colaborar com equipes de vendas e de marketing para garantir a integração eficaz de estratégias e iniciativas.
  • Gerenciar sistemas de CRM e outras ferramentas de automação de vendas para garantir dados precisos e relatórios oportunos.
  • Identificar e resolver problemas operacionais para melhorar a eficiência e a eficácia da equipe de vendas.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar o Sales Force, construindo jornadas de esteiras e funis de vendas dentro da plataforma e suas automações.
  • Configurar e administrar o Marketing Cloud para otimizar a comunicação e as campanhas de vendas.
  • Preparar e estruturar bases de dados para disparos eficazes, garantindo a segmentação e personalização adequadas.
  • Optimização, implementação e documentação de processos.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em automação de CRM Sales Force com conhecimento em Marketing Cloud.
  • Sólida trajetória com em análise de dados comerciais, transformandoos em insights acionáveis para melhorar a eficácia das operações do time comercial, com foco em B2C
  • Habilidade de manipulação e análise de dados em banco de dados com SQL.
  • Domínio de Google Sheets ou Excel.
  • Domínio de Looker Studio
  • Experiência com interface com outras áreas como: Marketing, Finance, CX, Tech e People
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em ambientes dinâmicos e de rápida mudança.
  • Habilidade em relacionamento interpessoal, visão sistêmica, resolução de problemas, organização e priorização, capacidade de análise, autonomia, inteligência emocional e empatia.

Diferencial:

  • Experiência na criação e desenvolvimento de treinamentos para a área de vendas.
