About Search Model Data

Responsibilities:

  • Working in the search team to ensure key targets (e. g. productivity; efficiency; quality) are met in moderation work of search content ecosystem building.
  • Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process, provide data feedback and optimize SOP to ensure the overall success of projects.
  • Conduct case evaluations and other product operational duties, including but not limited to delivering evaluation guidelines, evaluation reports, data&product feature insights to drive project success.
  • Support training and golive process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficient in English and Brazilian Portuguese listening, speaking, reading and writing to work with the Brazilian Market
  • Quality Assurance experience related to Moderation & Evaluation
  • Familiar with common office software, data labeling industry experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with search engines and social media platforms; former experience in Search relevant business is preferred
  • An indepth understanding of culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of users
  • Strong ability to learn and understand
  • Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
